Luxive Digital LLC provides AI receptionist and related software services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for setup fees, monthly subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

Setup Fee

The Basic Build setup fee is $1,000. This fee becomes nonrefundable once setup or implementation work begins.

Monthly Subscription

The monthly Service fee is $497, billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before your next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing services@luxivedigital.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the Services through that date. To avoid your next monthly charge, submit your cancellation request before the next billing date.

Refunds

Except where required by law, monthly subscription fees are nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time after a billing period begins.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other circumstances Luxive Digital determines appropriate.
