Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

Luxive Digital LLC (“Luxive Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use our AI receptionist and related services.

  • Account and customer information: Information associated with a GoHighLevel sub-account, service configuration, contacts, workflows, and connected systems.
  • Calendar and appointment information: Availability, appointment details, and related information when a Google Calendar or another calendar is connected to the Services.
  • Call and service information: Depending on a business customer’s configuration, call logs, caller phone numbers, recordings, transcripts, summaries, appointment details, and information provided during AI receptionist interactions.
  • Payment information: Billing and transaction information processed by Stripe. Luxive Digital does not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Website usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, traffic source, visit duration, and similar information collected through cookies and Lovable analytics.
  • Service-message information: Phone numbers and message activity associated with meeting confirmations, meeting links, requested follow-up, billing, account, and other service-related messages.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, configure, operate, support, and improve the Services.
  • Build and manage AI receptionist implementations.
  • Schedule appointments and connect calendars.
  • Process payments, direct usage charges, and subscriptions.
  • Send service-related messages and respond to inquiries.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud, and protect the security of the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Business-customer data and optional features

Luxive Digital provides Services to business customers. When we process call, contact, calendar, appointment, or other personal information on behalf of a business customer, that customer controls the purpose of the processing and is responsible for appropriate notices and consent.

Business customers may independently enable, configure, or disable optional features in their sub-accounts. These may include call recording, transcription, call logs, SMS and other messaging, workflows, calendar and contact integrations, retention periods, access controls, and third-party tools compatible with GoHighLevel.

Business customers are responsible for their own workflow configuration, retention settings, and consent practices for operational or promotional messages sent through their sub-accounts.

If you are a caller or contact of one of our business customers, direct privacy requests to that business first. We will assist our business customers as appropriate and as required by law.

4. How we share information

Luxive Digital does not make customer data public and does not sell personal information.

We may share information only with service providers and customer-authorized integrations needed to operate the Services, including:

  • GoHighLevel for CRM, communications, AI receptionist, and sub-account functionality.
  • Stripe for payment processing, subscription billing, and direct usage charges.
  • Google Calendar when a customer authorizes a calendar connection for scheduling.
  • Lovable for website hosting, website development, and website analytics.
  • Telecommunications, messaging, hosting, security, and professional-service providers as needed to operate the Services.
  • Third-party integrations authorized by a business customer through its GoHighLevel sub-account.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

5. Access to customer information

Only Luxive Digital’s two owners may access customer information on Luxive Digital’s behalf.

Access by service providers or customer-authorized integrations may occur when necessary to provide the Services. These providers and integrations may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand website traffic, and improve performance.

Lovable analytics may collect information about visitors, page views, traffic sources, devices, visit duration, and bounce rate. You may control cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Text messages

Luxive Digital sends text messages only for operational and service-related purposes, such as meeting confirmations, meeting links, requested follow-up, billing, account, or service updates. We do not use these messages for promotional marketing unless we separately obtain appropriate consent.

You may opt out of future Luxive Digital text messages by replying STOP. For help, contact services@luxivedigital.com.

Business customers may configure their own messaging workflows, including promotional messages. Those customers are responsible for obtaining required consent and complying with applicable law.

8. Data retention, export, and deletion

Customers may export their sub-account data through the platform while they retain access.

After a customer’s paid access period ends, Luxive Digital deletes the customer’s sub-account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or maintained in routine backup systems for a limited period.

We otherwise retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide, support, secure, and improve the Services; maintain business records; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and meet legal obligations.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.

To make a request, email services@luxivedigital.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we process your information on behalf of a business customer, we may refer your request to that customer.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for U.S. business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
